CK52 Series CNC Vertical Lathe is a kind of double column and fixed crossbeam vertical lathe developed by our company.
The advantage of the lathe is that under the situation of no parking to adjust the turret, it is able to process a taper, arc and any complex curves while processing linear.
And the whole body of the lathe is made by wear resisting cast iron.

Balling screw is from PMI, a Taiwan brand., with higher transvering accuracy. About the guideway, we use linear guideway, from Taiwan HWIN or Taiwan ABBA brand, to ensure high feeding speed and reduce drive clearence. And we also can get the right type you need.
Regarding the chuck, we provide 3 Jaw self-centering chuck or 4 Jaw independent chuck, and you can choose either which will make you satisfied. If you own have suitable chuck, please feel free to use.
The spindle adopts precise rigid bearing which is able to endure strong cutting.
We adopt ZFheadstock, a famous German brand, to ensure the transmitting speed and smooth.
The lathe adopts NSK bearing, a good Japan product.
