Computer serve control of rear stop, ball screw drive, no need of single-side positioning, high accuracy(pneumatic rear supporting apparatus at option).
Numeric control system with compensating and self-test function precisely ensuring shearing accuracy of sheets.
Supporting ball rolling mechanism not only reducing friction resistance but also preventing surface of work pieces from being scratched.
The rolling guide with 3-point support and improves the shearing quality;
Rapidly, accurately and conveniently adjusting the blade clearance with hand wheel;
The rectangular blades featuring long lifetime with 4 cutting edges.
The adjustable rake angle can minimize plate deformation
As the cutting beam has been designed in inner-inclined structure, it is easy for plates to fall down and the accuracy of products can also be guaranteed.
