1. Varied geometric parameter: Top roller make vertical motion while two bottom rollers move horizontally independently. In this design, the distance between two bending points can be adjusted according to different producing requirements. The length of the edge is decreased, center distance between two bottom rollers can make ideal plate drive and enhance the bending ability for thin plate. Bending ability can be increased by enlarge the center distance between two bottom rollers.
2. All hydraulic drive three-roller bending machine: Each individual drive roller is connected with hydraulic motor, plate can be directly driven by torque which can avert power waste, the stepless adjustment of bending speed can be realized by proportional control valve and digital electrical control system.
3. Auto compensation for circumferential velocity: Auto distribution of power and AGC auto compensation for work velocity can be achieved by velocity detector on work rolls, pressure sensor on each motor, unique hydraulic system and electric control system.
4. Remote diagnosis: Each sensor is connected with PLC, PLC and camera are connected with computer by industrial control cable, remote diagnosis and control to bending machine can be accomplished by remote control computer via VPN router and INTERNET.
