Feature:
The machine is adopted precision hydraulic division bench and multi-station unit for drilling, reamming, boring, groove and threading in synchronization. The electrical system is adopted PLC programmable controller and touch screen, the parameter can be changed according to the processing requirement. It's easy to operate.
Function:
1. The program control part of machine adopts MITSUBISHI PLC programmable controller. The interface between person and machine adopts MITSUBISHI touch screen to display operating terminal(GOT). It can coverse friendly and is easy to operate.
2. The tapping machine adopts lead screw drive to tap screw automatically, it boasts standard screw machine.
3. During processing, GOT display the process inversion state of the working parts, there is an alarm function when trouble occurs.
