The machine is a continuous path CNC grinder. Three axis (among X, Y, C, A) of the total six (X, Y, Z, U, A, C) could be simultaneously controlled. Hardenedworkpiece with complicated shape (such as drawing Templet, die space, RAM head and etc) could be machined by linear or circular approaching method.
Main features:
Applications could be enlarged when the following accessories are equipped.
1.45degrees angle plate to grind inner or outer sphere (not more than a semi-sphere)
2. Groove grinding accessory to grind key way and square hole larger than 40 mm (L X W)
3. Adjustable angle plate to grind taper hole using columnar wheel
4. Circular wheel dresser to dress wheel of groove grinding accessory. Form grinding and profile grinding could be performed
5. Drum type cam could be machined by horizontally installed CNC rotary table. Archimedes spiral cam and equate shape could be machined by vertically installed CNC rotary table
6. Spin table (Optional) is designed for rotary workpiece with non-linear generatrix
7. Large power grinding head is provided for heavy grinding. Carbide miller (max. Diameter could be mounted on grinding head for light milling. Max. Milling depth is 0.3mm.
Structure:
Double column, fixed beam gantry structure. Box type machine bed with excellent rigidity. Column moves along fixed beam and headstock move up/down along column guide-way. Good rigidity of machine bed and beam ensure high positioning accuracy of X, Y -axis. Z and U axis could be simultaneously controlled to perform taper grinding. Z-axis is servo controlled And features high reverse accuracy.
