CK5216 CNC Vertical lathe is a kind of double column and fixed beam vertical lathe developed by our company, mainly used for machining discoid and ring-like workpiece, such as tire mould, slewing bearing, turbine impeller, flange and so on.
It has this advangtage: With machining a linear, you can go to machining cone without stopping to adjust the toolhead, and it can also machining various complicated curve surface.
It adopts stepless AC speed, with half -close-loop servo control.
The spindle andencoder can cut threads and be able to achieve constant--speed cutting.
It is also with the advantage of high rigidity, good accuracy, and fine stability.
