FNE 40N is capable to do 3-D machining and can be used for effective production of complex parts including moulds. CNC system provides the possibility of linear and circular interpolation. And offers also the spline interpolation. Machining of parts produced in batches may also be successfully performed due to the availability of fully automatic working mode.
Wide selection of canned cycles offered with Heidenhain iTNC 530 CNC system, provides an excellent support at this kind of application, making programming fast and easy. CNC system accepts programs made in CAD/CAM technique.
